Another specialty of Ezhuthani restaurant is that all the dishes prepared here, uses masala prepared at the owners home itself, and they don’t use any preservatives or artificial colors too. At the beginning this restaurant was fully managed by the members of Ezhuthani family but as the time passed the rush increased and they were forced into employing outsiders but they still maintain the homeliness that made this place famous.
