Varkala beach is also called Papanasham Beach is a beach in Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, along the Arabian Sea. A beach which is less crowded that other popular beaches in Kerala. The sea facing cliffs makes this beach more beautiful. This cliff is filled with sea facing cafe, massage centers. The cafe gives look and feel of north Goa. The place seems to be very popular with foreign tourists. The distance from Trivandrum to varakala beach around 42 kms.The beach is perfect place to hang out and gorgeous sunset view early in the morning or after 3pm and Mid-day is too hot here.
