Nainar Mosque is located in Karikodu in Idukki District of Kerala.Nainar Mosque is the largest and oldest mosque of Idukki . The mosque is visited by both the Hindu and Muslim religion , it is a living example of brotherhood. The mosque id dedicated to Vavaru Swami believed to be a friend of Lora Ayyappa. The temple is located near the Bhagvathy Temple and is believed that the mosque was built at the same time as this temple was built.
